Stamping Process

Through the use of automatic and progressive presses, from 200 to 2200 tons, we are able to mold materials up to 4.5 mm thick, including high-strength steels, with the possibility of including riveting processes for nuts and bolts.

Progressive Stamping

Progressive stamping is a highly efficient and automated production process. In that process, the various operations are performed one at a time, ensuring a more efficient and precise production process.

Transfer Stamping

With this type of stamping, compared to progressive stamping, we achieve greater flexibility, allowing us to manufacture larger parts with more specific geometries and more demanding technical requirements.

In 2023, we completed the installation of the 2200-ton Schuler Press, a milestone in the company's history that reinforces our ongoing commitment to innovation and the improvement of production processes.
